You will be asked for your basic contact information, including your name, phone number, email address, and mailing address.
A valid driver’s license is required to rent a space. You will be asked to provide your driver’s license information during the rental process.
Enter information about the RV, boat, trailer, or vehicle you will be storing.
Your RV, boat, or vehicle must have current insurance while it is stored at Key Storage. You may use your own insurance company. You are not required to purchase insurance through Key Storage.
You will be shown the rental agreement online. Please read through the agreement and electronically sign it.
You will pay your first month’s rent along with the required security deposit.
The security deposit is refundable after your rental agreement ends, provided your account is paid in full and the space is left clean and in good condition.
Discounts are available for customers who choose a 6-month or 12-month rental term.
If you are planning to store your RV or boat with us for several months, please ask about our longer-term rental discounts.
Once you have completed the rental process, you will be given your own unique gate code.
This gate code will allow you to enter and exit the facility. Please keep your code private and do not share it with anyone else.
You will also receive your storage space information and any additional instructions you need to begin using your space.
If you would like to meet someone at the facility and look at the available spaces before renting, we would be happy to arrange an appointment.
